Your company is absolutely marvellous. The fantastic Carole Dingle is the most marvellous advert for efficiency, marvellous sales manner, and she provided the most fantastic customer service one can imagine.
Last week, Wednesday actually, at Carole’s suggestion my electrician spoke to one of your technical lot and confirmed that we did need a single phase but 35watt pool heater to replace our 36watt which had died. It had had a long and happy life with us since early summer 1985.
Yes it was one of yours, a thermalec. And obviously built to last. You did not have all of the bits to make a 36 quickly but we decided 35 would be fine.
To have turned this order turned around, and it being a special as well, in a week is marvellous. Order confirmed last Wednesday and delivered yesterday. Plumbed and electric connected to day and all running smoothly.
I would be delighted to write a most profession recommendation or alternative shout from the roof tops if you wished. Your product is second to none but you know that. Carole is also second to none and an absolutely star, I was so thrilled to do business with her
