Thermalec Electric heaters have been used for many varied applications including Canine & Equine Hydrotherapy pools, Baptist Pools, Cheese Vats, Fountains, Fish Ponds and even a Shark Tank in Brighton Aquarium.

We have also made heaters for use on luxury yachts and cruise liners, central heating systems and greenhouses. Future projects include under-floor heating.

Pond Heating

A Thermalec Pond heater is the ideal way to protect and nurture your fish throughout the winter. By using incoloy elements and plastic drain plugs, Thermalec ensure there is no water contamination from copper components from within our heaters, thus making them entirely safe for fish use. With temperature control to within 1°C a Thermalec Pond Heater can be used on Economy 7 using low cost energy to replace heat lost during the previous day. Hydrotherapy for Animals, especially dogs , is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, for we are essentially a nation of dog lovers.

Hydrotherapy enables dogs to exercise without putting any stress on limbs, the warm water helping to relieve pain. Other benefits include helping to reduce lameness, bone and muscle trauma, arthritic patients and obesity.
