If any item is delivered incorrectly, damaged or faulty, or is to be returned under a warranty claim, or for any other reason, the following procedure should be followed.
Contact customer services to obtain GRN number, complete Goods Return Authorisation form and email or fax to Thermalec, ensuring a copy is also clearly attached to the goods being returned.
Items incorrectly ordered or not required, will be restocked without a restocking charge, providing they are returned in perfect condition (including condition of their original packaging carton/crate if applicable) and providing they are returned within 3 weeks of their original delivery date. Items older than this, or where the carton/crate (if applicable) is damaged, will be subject to a restocking charge of £15.00 or 15% (whichever is the greater) of the invoiced value.
We regret that goods more than 3 months old will not be accepted for restocking.
If it has been agreed to issue replacement part(s) for repair of equipment still under warranty, an invoice for the part(s) will be raised accordingly. The invoice will be credited only when the suspected faulty part(s) have been returned, inspected and found to be faulty. Please ensure that suspected faulty goods are returned in accordance with the above Goods Returns Policy.
